INFORMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

1. Data controller

The Data Controller is PLAS MEC  S.R.L. with registered office in Via Europa, 79 – 21015 Lonate Pozzolo (VA),
The Data Controller has appointed the Data Protection Officer who can be contacted at the email address : rabbachin.uel@plasmec.it.

2. Purpose and legal basis of the processing

Your personal data (e-mail address, name and surname) will be used, subject to your explicit consent, to send by e-mail the periodic newsletter and promotional and commercial communications of your interest concerning technical training information as well as purchase of our equipment.
The treatment will be carried out only following explicit consent communicated on this page.
Please note that the consent given may be revoked at any time by clicking on the link in each email sent or returning to this page, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing performed until the time of revocation.

3. Recipients and transfers outside the European Union

Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties or resold for any reason. The electronic archive relating to promotional communications is stored in Italy and as a result there is no transfer of personal data outside Italy.

4. Retention period

Personal data collected for the purpose of this information will be retained until the revocation of the consent referred to in paragraph 2, unless the same information is not the subject of other processing by the same Owner. In any case, the revocation of consent will no longer be processed for the purposes described in point 2.

5. Rights of the interested party

As an interested party, he possesses the rights referred to in Art. 15 RGPD and in particular the rights of:
i. getting confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form;
ii. Getting the indication of the following:

a)  origin of personal data;
b)  purposes and methods of the processing;
c)  logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d)  the identifying details of the Data Controller, of the persons in charge and of the representative designated in accordance with Art. 3.1, RGPD;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents;

iii. get:

a)  updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment is it proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;

iv. to object, in whole or in part:

a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him; relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated call systems without the intervention of an operator by e-mail. It should be noted that the right of opposition of the interested party, set out in point b) above, for direct marketing purposes through automated methods extends to traditional ones and that in any case the possibility remains for the data subject to exercise the right to object even only partially. Therefore, the interested party can decide to receive only communications using traditional methods or only automated communications or none of the two types of communication.
It also owns the rights referred to in the Arts.

7. Obligation to communicate

The consent to the processing for the purposes referred to in paragraph 2 is not mandatory and does not affect the provision of other services by PLAS MEC S.R.L.

WHAT ARE COOKIES?

La Società PLAS MEC SRL, desidera informare gli interessati oggetto del trattamento, che i dati personali riferiti o riferibili all’interessato, sono trattati dallo Scrivente Società nel pieno rispetto della normativa vigente sul trattamento del dato e degli obblighi di riservatezza che da sempre ci ispirano.
Per “Trattamento di dati personali” si intende qualunque operazione o complesso di operazioni, effettuati anche senza l’ausilio di strumenti elettronici, concernenti la raccolta, la registrazione, l’organizzazione, la conservazione, la consultazione, l’elaborazione, la modificazione, la selezione, l’estrazione, il raffronto, l’utilizzo, l’interconnessione, il blocco, la comunicazione, la diffusione, la cancellazione e la distruzione di dati, anche se non registrati in una banca di dati.

Ai sensi dell’art.13 del del GDPR (Regolamento UE 679/2016), in relazione ai dati personali che trattiamo in seguito all’instaurazione dei reciproci rapporti commerciali ed eventualmente contrattuali, rendiamo note le informazioni di seguito riportate.

Titolare del trattamento
Il “Titolare del Trattamento” ad ogni effetto di legge è PLAS MEC con sede legale in via Europa 79 21015 Lonate Pozzolo VA contattabile all’indirizzo email info@plasmec.it.

Finalità del trattamento
I dati personali che l’interessato fornisce vengono trattati per esigenze legate all’attività principale della Società (Tecnologia informatica, assistenza hardware e sistemistiva) ed ai conseguenti adempimenti degli obblighi legali e fiscali; tale trattamento avverrà per tutta la durata del rapporto commerciale/contrattuale ed anche successivamente, per l’espletamento di obblighi di legge e per finalità amministrative e fiscali.

Nell’ambito della finalità per cui i dati personali vengono raccolti, la Società PLAS MEC SRL effettua il trattamento di detti dati secondo i principi di correttezza, liceità, trasparenza e di tutela della riservatezza dei diritti dell’interessato.

Natura del conferimento
I dati personali vengono raccolti sempre presso l’interessato.

Il conferimento di detti dati, necessari per le finalità descritte, è indispensabile per dare seguito al rapporto contrattuale e commerciale; l’eventuale rifiuto di fornire tali dati potrebbe comportare la mancata o parziale realizzazione dei servizi della Società.

Modalità di trattamento
Il trattamento dei dati avviene secondo i principi di correttezza liceità e trasparenza, mediante l’utilizzo di strumenti e procedure idonei a garantirne la sicurezza e la riservatezza e potrà essere effettuato sia mediante supporti cartacei, sia attraverso l’ausilio di strumenti elettronici.

Il trattamento viene effettuato con l’impiego delle misure di sicurezza adeguate a ridurre al minimo il rischio di accesso ai dati non autorizzato da parte di terzi, la loro distruzione e/o deterioramento, e a garantire la riservatezza, ai sensi dell’art. 32 del GDPR.

Conservazione dei dati personali
I Dati Personali saranno conservati solo per il tempo necessario ai fini per cui sono raccolti, rispettando il principio di minimizzazione di cui all’articolo 5, comma 1, lettera c) del GDPR nonché gli obblighi di legge cui è tenuto il Titolare. Comunicazione dei dati
I dati personali non verranno in alcun modo diffusi, mentre potranno essere da noi comunicati:

  • ai soggetti incaricati, opportunamente nominati, del loro trattamento all’interno della Società;
  • ad enti e associazioni collegati alla Società;
  • a soggetti che hanno necessità di accedere a tali dati per finalità ausiliarie al rapporto che intercorre tra la nostra Società e l’interessato, nei limiti strettamente necessari per svolgere i compiti ausiliari loro affidati, come ad esempio: gli istituti di credito, studio di consulenza amministrativa (commercialista)

Categorie particolari di dati personali
In occasione dell’invio di curriculum, ai sensi degli artt. 9 e 10 GDPR 2016/679, l’interessato potrebbe conferire volontariamente, alla scrivente Società, dati qualificabili come “categorie particolari di dati personali” (ovvero quei dati che rivelano “l’origine razziale o etnica, le opinioni politiche, le convinzioni religiose o filosofiche, o l’appartenenza sindacale…dati genetici, dati biometrici intesi a identificare in modo univoco una persona fisica, dati relativi alla salute o alla vita sessuale o all’orientamento sessuale della persona”). Tale categoria di dati potrà essere trattata dalla Società solo previo consenso dell’interessato, manifestato in forma scritta.

Diritti dell’interessato
Il soggetto interessato al trattamento, potrà esercitare in qualunque momento i diritti di cui agli artt. 15-22 del GDPR:

  1. Ottenere la conferma che sia o meno in corso un trattamento di dati personali che la riguardano e, in tal caso, di ottenere l’accesso ai dati personali e a tutte le informazioni previste dell’art. 15 del GDPR;
  2. Ottenere la rettifica dei dati personali inesatti che la riguardano senza ingiustificato ritardo. Tenuto conto delle finalità del trattamento lei ha il diritto di ottenere l’integrazione dei dati personali incompleti, anche fornendo una dichiarazione integrativa;
  3. Ottenere la cancellazione dei dati personali che la riguardano senza ingiustificato ritardo;
  4. Ottenere la limitazione del trattamento quando ricorra una delle ipotesi previste dall’art. 18 del GDPR;
  5. Ricevere in un formato strutturato, di uso comune e leggibile da dispositivo automatico, i dati personali che riguardano l’interessato forniti alla scrivente Società;
  6. Opporsi in qualsiasi momento, per motivi connessi alla sua situazione particolare, al trattamento dei dati personali che la riguardano ai sensi dell’articolo 6, paragrafo 1, lettere e) o f) del GDPR. In questo caso la società si asterrà dal trattare ulteriormente i dati personali salvo l’esistenza di motivi legittimi cogenti per procedere al trattamento che prevalgono sugli
    interessi, sui diritti e sulle libertà dell’interessato oppure per l’accertamento, l’esercizio o la difesa di un diritto in sede giudiziaria;
  7. Non essere sottoposto a una decisione basata unicamente sul trattamento automatizzato, che produca effetti giuridici che la riguardano o che incida in modo analogo significativamente sulla sua persona. Questo diritto non si applica nei casi disciplinati dall’art. 22, paragrafo 2 del GDPR;
  8. Rivolgersi all’Autorità di controllo per reclamare nel caso ritenga che i suoi dati siano stati trattati in modo illegittimo.
